COVID-19 Policy Update

To ensure that you have a safe, enjoyable experience while you’re our guest, we have updated our policies regarding check-in and housekeeping. Please note, all of our rooms have private outside entrances, providing safe and private access to your room and allowing you to avoid the lobby or common areas of the hotel.

Check-in
Should you desire, we can leave your room key and registration paperwork in your room on the day of your arrival. Please call ahead for the location of your room (front or back of the building) and which floor, and you will be free to make your way to your room without stopping at the front desk in the lobby. As always, if you need to speak to our staff or otherwise need anything at all we are just a phone call (or a text to Loomis, our Virtual Concierge) away!

Housekeeping
We will provide you with whatever level of service that will make your stay just right for you. Housekeepers can service your room daily as per usual, or drop off fresh linens at your door, or whatever you desire. If you would rather that no one enter your room while you’re staying with us, please let us know. We’re here for you—just call the front desk and tell us what you need.


  • Every room has private bath, hairdryer, cable TV, heat/AC, iron, ironing board mini-fridge and free, fast WiFi.
  • Rates do not include state and local occupancy tax of 11.7% or gratuities.
  • Rates are subject to change without notice.
  • Maximum occupancy rates per room are strictly enforced and there is a $100/night charge for exceeding the occupancy limit.
  • A three-night minimum stay may be required in high season. Two-night weekend reservations are required in other seasons.
  • Entire amount is required in advance for stays of four nights or fewer. Deposit of 50% is required on all other reservations. Balance is due 21 days prior to arrival. Reservations made within 21 days of arrival must be paid by credit card or cashier’s check.
  •  If you give us more than 21 days notice of cancellation, we will refund any monies you’ve paid, less 10%. With less than 21 days of notice, we will put your room back into our inventory and attempt to resell it.  Any money we get for the room will then be refunded to you, the original guest. If we cannot resell your cancelled room nights we have the right to charge you a minimum of one nights room charge and the 10% Cancellation Fee.
  • Please remember we are on an Island, and book well in advance. Once we take your reservation, we do not overbook, and will turn down others who call. There are few walk-ins to fill space if you cancel with short notice.
  • Special discounts and packages may not be combined. Discounts are not available when reservation is booked through travel agents.
  • Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
  • Handicapped rooms available.
  • Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Discover are accepted
  • Children are welcome!
