About the Inn

The Dockside Inn, located along the famously picturesque Oak Bluffs Harbor, is a boutique-style hotel which perfectly blends handsome, award-winning contemporary design with whimsical nautical decor and modern convenience.

Purchased by its current local owners in 2012, the main building of the hotel was completely renovated with modern and up to date plumbing and electrical, while the back outbuildings were completely overhauled and converted into luxury suites.

The top to bottom renovation of the hotel allowed our award-winning interior designer, Tracy Overbeck-Stead, known for her work with the W hotel chain, to bring her cutting edge design to the Dockside, creating unique, fun and boutique hotel finishes.

The Dockside Inn’s 22 tastefully decorated rooms are perfect for couples, families, and wedding groups alike. Many of our guest rooms and suites feature commanding views of the Oak Bluffs Harbor, and the patio furniture on our porches that span the length of both the front and back of the building provide ample space to take in some sunshine, enjoy the sunset, or people-watch to your heart’s content.

Our friendly, knowledgeable staff are always at the ready to assist you with any need. Going on a tour? We can help you arrange that. Need to catch the bus? It’s right around the corner!
