Policies

  • Every room has private bath, hairdryer, cable TV, AC, telephones, free WiFi, and includes continental breakfast.
  • Rates do not include state and local occupancy tax of 9.7% or gratuities.
  • All rates quoted per room, for two people per room. Regular rooms are limited to two people. Two of our rooms can accommodate up to four people on two Queen beds. Each person over two in those rooms will be charged at the rate of $20.00 for an adult or $10 for a child age 12 or under.
  • Rates subject to change without notice.
    Efficiency suites and apartment rates 

  • Rates are quoted for the unit and can accommodate up to four persons at the base rate. The Sail Loft can accommodate up to five. Extra persons in the efficiencies or apartments will not be permitted.
  • A three-night minimum stay may be required in high season. Two-night weekend reservations are required in other seasons.
  • Entire amount required in advance for stays of four nights or less. Deposit of 50% required on all other reservations. Balance due 21 days prior to arrival. Reservations made within 21 days of arrival must be paid by credit card or cashier’s check.
  • We must receive written notice of any cancellations at least 21 days prior to the first day of the reservation for a refund. If cancellations are made with fewer than 21 days notice we will do our utmost to re-rent the room, but we are under no obligation whatsoever to refund any portion of the deposit if we cannot. This refund policy applies to guests who leave before the last day of their reservation or arrive after the first day of their reservation.
  • Please remember we are on an Island, and book well in advance. Once we take your reservation, we do not overbook, and will turn down others who call. There are few walk-ins to fill space if you cancel with short notice.
  • Special discounts and packages may not be combined. Discounts are not available when reservation is booked through travel agents.
  • Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
  • Handicapped rooms available.
  • Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Discover are accepted
