- Every
room has private bath, outgoing only telephones, television,
air conditioning, and includes continental breakfast and afternoon
Victorian Tea.
- All
rates are per room and accommodate two people. Suites can accommodate
up to four people.
- Rates
do not include state and local occupancy tax of 9.7% or gratuities.
- 3
night minimum stay required in high season
- Entire
amount required in advance for stays of four nights or less.
Deposit of 50% required on all other reservations. Balance due
21 days prior to arrival. Reservations made within 21 days of
arrival must be paid by credit card or cashier's check.

Please remember when making advance reservation that just as
our Inn is making a commitment to the guest, the guest is also
making a commitment. Therefore, in accordance with our reservation
policy, all charges will be processed at the time of booking.
Cancellation and reservation policies apply to advance credit
card charges, early departures and cancellations.
To ensure a refund of reservation deposit we must receive notice
of cancellation 21 days prior to the date of arrival. With cancellations
made with fewer than 21 days notice we will attempt to re-rent
the entire reservation, but will not be obligated to return
any portion of the deposit if we cannot. The refund policy applies
to guests who leave before the last of their reservation or
arrive after the first day of their reservation. Any refund
made when cancelled less than 21 days prior, will be subject
to a 15% service charge.
- Check-in
time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m.

over 10 are welcome.

- Discounts
not available when Reservation is booked through travel agents.
